Dr. Yvette Feis

With a doctoral degree in Basic and Applied Neuropsychology and over 25 years of clinical practice, Dr. Feis has the training and experience necessary for conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and cognitive-behavioral counseling.  She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany, and her doctoral degree from the City University of New York, where she studied with the founders and leaders in the field of neuropsychology.  She has post graduate training in family counseling.

 

She maintains a multi-cultural perspective within neuropsychology; each individual's background is taken into consideration with regard to language and religion. 

 

Clients feel at ease with her approachability and find it easy to relate their concerns and problems.  With dedication, sincerity, compassion, intelligence, and common sense, Dr. Feis approaches each matter with the highest degree of professionalism and humanity.

Dr. Feis has taught counseling, learning, abnormal psychology, and developmental psychology at five local universities and has supervised graduate students and medical students in neuropsychological evaluation.
